Sustainable Solutionz was founded to solve a problem the print industry had learned to accept.
High performing materials were designed for disposal, not recovery. PVC and other legacy substrates worked operationally, but they created linear systems with no path back into production. Sustainable Solutionz exists to change that model. We design high performance circular materials and closed loop systems that eliminate PVC while preserving the performance, consistency, and reliability the print industry depends on.
Throughout their careers, they understood why PVC was used. It performed well. What was missing was an alternative that matched that performance while enabling responsible material recovery.
Driven by that gap, the company was built around a simple principle. Performance is non-negotiable. Sustainability must be engineered into the material itself, not added as a compromise. By assembling a team with deep expertise across printing, materials, engineering, and operations, Sustainable Solutionz began developing circular substrates that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows and scale in real production environments.

Dan brings more than 40 years of experience in the flexographic printing industry, including a long career at MacDermid Graphic Solutions where he worked across global business management, sales, product development, and marketing.

Brad brings more than 30 years of experience in economics, finance, and operational strategy, including leadership roles in healthcare marketplace and pricing model development.
Vice President of Product Management & Engineering
Jimmie Rodgers is a seasoned product and engineering leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity, video delivery, and enterprise software. He served as VP of Product Management at a cybersecurity company acquired by Zix and as Director of Product and Engineering at Ericsson, where he led a global team of more than 30 engineers and product managers across the company’s video delivery portfolio.
